Hotel Policy
At Adella Boutique Hotel we strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have established the following Hotel Policy which is considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As a guest of Adella Boutique Hotel and by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy, terms and conditions, and procedures.
Check-in time – after 15.00 h.
We are always happy to accommodate early arrivals when the hotel occupancy permits or we can store your luggage with us.
Guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals. Please present your ID card or Passport, as well as a valid major credit card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for Hotel records
Check-out time – 11.00 h.
You can request a late check-out at the Reception desk. Extension will be given depending on availability.
100% Smoking free – Adella Boutique Hotel has a no-smoking policy within all rooms, suites and public areas. A designated smoking areas is provided outside the main entrance. A cleaning fee will be added to the room bill if guests do not follow our no-smoking policy.
Special requests – We will make every effort to fulfil any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all particular requests.
Breakfast – Breakfast is not included in the room rate. We offer a choice of different breakfast sets, prepared on request in the restaurant. More information about the price and breakfast choices can be obtained at the Reception. Breakfast is served daily from 8.00 AM to 10.30 AM
Room service – room service from the hotel restaurant is available to our guests daily from 12.00 till 22.00. Additional charges apply.
Mini bar – there is a variety of snacks and drinks in the Mini Bar of each room. Additional charges for these items apply. Tea, coffee and one bottle of water are complementary.
Rates policy – The room rate includes accommodation, VAT, tourist tax. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Additional meals, amenities and services are available at extra cost.
Rates are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion.
All rates featured on the Adella Boutique Hotel Website are subject to availability and Adella Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking.
Reservations – All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card
We do not charge your credit card at the time you make your reservations
Your credit card guarantees your reservations. Please make sure to receive a reservation confirmation number when you make a reservation.
As soon as you receive the booking confirmation from the hotel via the Adella Boutique Hotel reservation system, you have entered into a contract with the hotel and the booking is binding.
Cancellations – All cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation terms of the rate booked.
Non-refundable Rates are non-refundable and non-transferable and full pre-payment will be forfeited.
Standard Rates may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without charge, after which a charge for the first night’s accommodation shall be payable
No-Show – а fee is being charged to your credit card only for the first night.
Payment – We accept Visa, V PAY, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro и Diners Club International credit cards as well as PayPal as an online payment method.
Extra bed – Extra beds cannot be placed in the rooms. Selected room categories are accommodated with a sofa, that can be used as a bed.
Baby cot – we provide complimentary baby cot upon request for children under 3 years of age.
Child Policy – Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing bedding.
Connecting rooms – Connecting rooms are subject to availability and can only be booked directly through the hotel. Please call the hotel directly to discuss available configurations.
Room keys – Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s). Please return room keys to Front Desk at Check-out.
Free Wi-Fi – Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests. The access password is provided at the Reception upon registration.
Pet policy – Even though we love pets, please be kindly advised that our accommodation policy doesn’t allow pets in the rooms.
Airport Shuttle – We can arrange airport and city transfers upon request. Please contact the Reception for more information.
Parking – We have free of charge underground parking for our guests. Please not that parking is not guaranteed for all guests and is upon availability during your stay.
All vehicles must be listed at the Reception at check-in. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner.
We do not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle while parked on the hotel property. If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
Housekeeping services – Room cleaning is performed daily. All the rooms are equipped with the “Please clean up” button. By pressing the button, a blue light on the outer side of the room door shall appear which signals that the room should be cleaned by our housekeeping staff. Please note that housekeeping will NOT be performed if the you don’t press the “Please clean up” button.
„Do not disturb“ Sign – All the rooms are equipped with the „Do not disturb“ button. By pressing the button, a red light on the outer side of the room door shall appear which signals to the Hotel personnel not to disturb the Guest at any time. When the „Do not disturb” sign is on, your room will not be cleaned.
Loss or damage of guests’ belongings – Adella Boutique Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
Visitors – guests may have visitors in their rooms until 22.00 h.
Fire alarm – In case of fire, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached from the inside of your main room door.
Damage of property – Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage of the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. In case of any damages to the hotel property the guest must cover the cost of all damage.
Guest Complaints – Any complaint/comment regarding one’s stay at our properties should be brought forward directly to the hotel’s management at one’s earliest convenience so that it can be dealt with in the shortest time possible.
Hotel Management’s Rights – all guests shall conduct themselves in a respectable manner, without disturbing to other guests within the hotel premises.
In case of breach of the Hotel Policy, the Hotel Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith, without previous notice, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Hotel Management has the right to remove luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
The Hotel Management has the right to refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the Hotel standards and policies.
Government rules and regulations – all guests are requested to abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations of the Republic of Bulagria.
